Change in Keystone Topic

After struggling with my previous choice to research the psychological causes of Bulimia, I realized I did not want to spend my whole time focusing on a prominent topic in my life. Instead I wanted to focus on something thats fun and something I have always wanted to do, BAKING! I had to narrow down the topic, so I choose the history of french baking, and for my product I will make three different types of patries.
I love baking, but I have only baked simple things like cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. I wanted to challenge myself, and understand the art of french puff pastries. I am researching all the types of puf pastries out there and going to decide on the three I will attempt to make soon. I know I definitely want to make the classic puff pastry, a croissant. 
I am excited to start research, cook, and share my creations!
My first step is to set up two timelines; one for my paper, and one when I will complete cooking for each puff pastry.
